That unit has been taken off the market. The sellers are going to lease it out for now.

Hi Remona, I noticed you've asked a couple questions regarding El Dorado Hills here on Trulia. El Dorado Hills is a fantastic area for all ages, and has lots to offer from a community stand point.

Would you like some complimentary information about the area? I can email you info on the schools, the different neighborhoods, and community events.

Let me know - I can be reached at morgan@morganlarson.com or 916-241-8788.

Thanks!

Hi Tricia!
As the agents mentioned below Folsom is located in one of the top school districts in Sacramento County. Take a look at the below link for a site that lists the state ranking and academic performance index for each school in the Folsom area.

www.school-ratings.com

You may also want to check my website (home page) which has a great tool for looking up schools in Folsom based on the address where you plan to live.

Hope this helps and best of luck on your home search.

Regards,
Jim Hamilton

This is a nice site. You can compare different cities. The low crime rate is exactly why we moved here. Of course, you have to make that determination yourself. Be sure to check several resources to be sure that the crime rate is acceptable to you.
