Hi Teri,
Long term rentals on Folly are very hard to come by. When they do come on the MLS, they go extremely fast and are more than $1000. As Suzy mentioned, you may find some 2 bedroom condos in the $12-1300 range but they will be over the bridge, closer to James Island then right on the island. If you are local to the area, talk with local Folly residents as owners usually place for rent signs on their property instead of on the MLS, only because they do rent so fast. Hello Greg - Let me know if you would like a full list of all the properties that sold during that time and I will be happy to send it your way. However, if you are looking at past comps for future pricing, all that info needs to be thrown out the window - Only 5 single family homes have sold at Folly in the last 6 months so there are no true comps. Let me know if I can be of any assistance. My business partner and I have years of experience on the beach and actually had the only sale on Folly in December, 2008. Thanks,
