Great question. I have found every buyer's situation to be unique, the agent needs to adjust and be flexible throughout the process. An agent needs to listen and try to keep the buyer focused as best they can. In very rare occasions I have shown a buyer one home and that it the one they wanted to buy. More often than not it can take about 10-12 showings, sometime more. With so much information available to buyers these days many buyers are doing a lot of the leg work on their own. If you meet with the buyer and really listen to the features they are looking for in a home, the price range, the school district, the commute time to work etc…. the list of matching homes usually ends up becoming pretty short (just a few). ... more

You can also call a local agent as we are able to search for that information in our MLS. Tell them what you are looking for and they can email you the information.
