I grew up in this neighborhood, and it is straight hood. If you're not a street person, you will not survive this area. I'm proud of where I'm from, but do not believe the hype. There actually 3 murders including 2 drive byes just blocks away from this home. Do not fall for the lies, the crime is terrible out there. They are trying to build it up, but I wouldn't pay $1000 per month for rent in this neighborhood. ... more

The Supra C500 is a pushbutton combination lockbox... so Realtors would not have access to this lockbox unless someone gave them the combination.

Call the agent you used to buy the property, and ask him/her to contact the prior listing agent, and get them to remove the lockbox. The likelihood is that they just forgot that it's there. If, for some reason, you can't get any results through your agent... or by contacting the agent who originally listed your home... I would follow Scott's advice and get a set of bolt cutters and cut it off and discard it.

Good luck.

I have lived in the 34205 zip code for 30 years. this zip code is part of the NW part of town, the most sought after in Manatee County for its central location, the best schools, no crime, mansions along the river (take a drive down Riverview Blvd.), close to the beaches, the better restaurants, etc. the west side of town is all built out, so for years all the growth has been to the east--sooooo far away from everything and lots of traffic. ... more

This is still the case . I am a current resident; lease is up in a few weeks and I will not be resigning . My brand new suv was stolen from here back in Dec 2016; it was found 5 days later totaled in Orlando after a police chase , the sheriffs office informed me that the same guys who stole my car had stolen one from here 2 weeks prior ,but management did not make the residence aware of criminal activity in the area . In may of this year 2017 my apt was broken into in the middle of the afternoon!! Again management made no mention of this ti residence . Poor managed place and HIGH crime.
