Trulia does not update listing posts. If it is showing another agent from your company, the managing broker may need to change their account. Listings are added to Trulia from your MLS feed. Check to make sure your mls is sending a feed. If not you may need to sign up for a direct feed that will auto send and update your listings. To get to customer service, scroll to bottom right and click on hep center to reach Trulia service ... more

Most likely you need every person on the deed to sign the listing agreement and sales contract. A POA may work if they sign it.

I'm looking for the same thing, and I'm coming from Ma, so healthcare is a big factor as well. Here, everyone has healthcare. If you lose your job, or people who are just very low income, if you can't afford it, you get government healthcare for free. I thought that Obamacare made this the case in every state, so I was surprised to find out that all states don't have this option. So, if I'm wrong, I'd love to know, bc it's one of the main reasons I haven't moved to Florida yet. In any case, I was thinking st. Pete beach area-mostly bc I vacation there multiple times a year for many years...but not always the best reason to live there- so any and all suggestions are appreciated- I've never been to a lot of the places mentioned in other posts. I'm looking for a socially progressive area, I love artsy areas, good restaurants , etc, but MOST importantly, I can't be surrounded by trump voters- please no political responses. It's just a fact so I can get useful feedback. I am a clinician for people with mental health and addiction issues, so I'd need to be within driving distance of areas in need of this. I'd say I can afford 1200 ideally but possibly up to 2000$ a month in rent. A pool is a must have, and as close to beach as possible. ... more

The bank will ask for your signature and you will need to sign off on the deed. If you refuse, expect the bank to make your life difficult. Example: if the bank can access your Social Security number, they can garnish your income and/or put a freeze on your bank account. Remember the bank owns the home - just because your name is on the deed means you have nothing. ... more
