You shouldn't have any problem getting a home-equity-line-of-credit for $8,000 if the home is worth $125,000.

You'll need to do that before the property is on the market, as they often won't approve a loan while a property is listed.

Good luck.

Absolutely not, you can sell whenever you like. Generally speaking it's not recommended to buy and then sell so quickly and you might get some questions as to why you're selling so soon after buying; so you may want to be prepared with an answer. ... more

victoria, the min rental for a semi gated community is going to be three months, for the months you wish to be there the pool should be heated or indoor , for that reason antheim properties probably are the best location and facilities . if you want golfing or just desert landscapes that is a great area.
If the pool is an issue again you may wish it to be heated, oasis magic ranch has the best values and although you would have to travel for the pool , try that .

I would have a bungalow 3 bedroom 2 bath available but it doesnt have a pool feel free to contact if your interested
A furnished bungalow would normally go for $1200/month with a security deposit equal for the short rental period .Also what keith said is true , trulia , craigslist or zillow are great starting points, most realtors have clients who may fit your need as well.

It is my experience that in an average 2300 sq ft home your bill could range from a high of 270 and low of 90. Keeping your thermostat up near 80 in the months of July August September will help a lot. Being as efficient as possible will make a positive dent in your heating and cooling bill. Find a temperature you are comfortable with and don't continue to play with the thermostat. ... more

Becky you seem to be living in Apache Junction but the question relates to 85132 which to my recolection is Florence. The Town of Florence down town area has a number of great places to eat. Across from the county buildings on Butte is a dounut sandwich shop that has the "to die for" sandwiches. Athos has excellent Greek food and the prices are right. There must be 5 or 6 other places to eat from mom and pop eateries, Sub Shop, to good Mexican food. Check them all out. I have not had a bad meal in the Town of Florence. ... more
