Yes. There are neighborhood covenants and a pretty active homeowner association. In addition to the pool, there is a playground, basketball courts, preserve area and trails. Great neighborhood really close to several of the Hamilton Southeastern Schools. If you like this neighborhood, I have a house listed in Kingwood Court right now that has an awesome, private backyard, too. Which is the Avalon of Fishers has an Elementary School right in the neighborhood. I know your child is not quite old enough yet, but will be. This home pended Feb 28 and was due to close March 30. Any number of things
may hold up a closing. But yes, as noted below, pending is simply the period
of time between acceptance of an offer and the closing of the sale.

Many agents don't pend until all the contingencies are met and removed from
consideration. Until that time, you may see a B or a $ or another disignation
beside the word Active at the top of the listing. This, however, was a bank owned
home and they typically pend right after acceptance.
