I would reach out to Ryan Gray at So CAL Direct Lending. He has worked effectively with many of my lease land Buyers.

1. How many years are remaining on the leased land?
2. Is this Native American Leased Land?

Happy funding, Rudi

Getting a loan on leased land is usually no problem. Banks just require that there are 7 years of lease beyond the term of the loan. For a 30 year loan, you would need the lease to be at least 37 years. If a lease has 22 years left, the maximum loan term would be 15 years. Your agent can assist you in determining the lease term on a property. If you are not already working with someone, please don't hesitate to contact me for further information.
