Hey Luciano- Call a Local endorsed lender with a in house underwriting department first. Getting the financing worked out on the front end will guide your transaction and make things smoother for you. Also working with a agent who represents your interests and will guide you through the process will make the move smoother. If you need recommendations for lenders I would be happy to email you a list- Call anytime- http://www.TaraDavoli.com. Good Luck!

I would contact a lender first and let them work out the scenarios for your needs. If you need any recommendations on lenders email me at laura.gaither@crye-leike.com

Luciano your best bet is to contact a local and truste dmortgage broker, dont discuss your financials with anyone over the internet or through email. They will be able to prequailify you at no cost and tell you what program is bets for yoru situation., they can quote amounts, costs, interest rate and such. good luck with your purchase.
