Vicky, I am working with a group of lawyers who are working with banks to do loan modifications. We can submit your information so that the lawyers can review your case free of charge to see if they can get it done for you. The leverage of a lawyer is way better than you as the homeowner or even a realtor because they will also review your original loan documents to see if there was any predatory lending practices or RESPA violations or violation of Truth in Lending Act. If there are any mistakes on the lenders part in those loan documents then they have tremendous leverage if not a lawsuit.
