Hello TNT,

We have a Portfolio Division where credit score are irrelevant. The question I have for you is, Why do you think you need to go Portfolio? It can't be your credit, 620 is the normal run of mill number for FHA, VA or USDA financing. So it must be your ability to proof your income. Either way I can help. Let me know If could answer any of your questions.

Best of Luck!

I can assist you with a 620 credit score assuming you are looking for an FHA mortgage. I can do FHA loans with scores as low as 600.

Contact me if I can help.

Check with a local Credit Union or small regional/local bank. Also Wells Fargo will work with that credit score or even lower. Good Luck
