im having a lot of trouble trying to refinance my condo under HARP 2.0 because the developer owns more than 15% of the units. what else can i do??

I am assuming that your mortgage is owned by Freddie Mac and not Fannie Mae because it would not make a difference if it was a Fannie Mae owned HARP refinance. If indeed this is Freddie Mac, you may find it difficult to find a lender regardless of whomever says they can help you.

Best bet, try other banks just because one turns you down doesn't mean every other bank will... Wish you the best!
