do buyers have the right to receive the mortgage commitment letter from the lender in the state of New Jersey?

Home Buyer,

It's not only a right, but it's mandatory that you receive a commitment letter prior to closing. You have to sign it also... and as mentioned below, it does show you your conditions and terms in order to close on that loan. You do want to verify your terms of the mortgage also, just to make sure.

Of course you do. The commitment also gives you a list of aditional information/documentation that mayl be needed prior to closing .

Hc yes they do if they have summitted their docum,emtation as well as any applicable fees.
