There are lenders here in town that can do a USDA loan, but as stated they have income limits. If you would like to contact me, I would be happy to put you in touch with them. 540-664-9130 or brentcline@mris.com

The others have already mentioned USDA loans. I just want to add that you will still need money for closing costs and up front fees for inspections and some other things.
Talk to a loan officer and find out what you need and how much you qualify for.

Hi Mike,

Stephens City appears to be USDA eligible which means 100% financing for you and no monthly mortgage insurance!

Now USDA does have household income restrictions so we need to make sure you're eligible for that part of it.

Feel free to contact me for more info or help.

Hi Mike

Only if you're eligible for a VA (Veteran Adminstration) Loan. If not currently active, need to have served in the military for a minimum of 3 years and received a honorable discharge.

No that is thing of the past

Most home buyer would require approx. 3.5% or more as a down payment based on credit score, debt to income ratio.

Check with local mortgage broker for all options made available.
