Please call me to discuss. 240-403-1970. There are two options I know of for people that can't document.income. I want to counsel you on the risks associated with such loans. We can't be of help but as I said I know two options that might be.

Hi Mary,

There are no more stated income programs through traditional lenders. You might try searching for private investors on-line, however if you do not have documentable income it probably isn't the right time to buy.

Stated income loans are no longer legal in the state of Maryland. However there are some options out there that may help. There are some programs out there that will use assets to compensate for lack of being able to document income. We are a direct lender as well as have the ability to broker to almost anyone. If you would like some information give me a call and we can discuss. 443-794-0331
