But if you want a generalization, on a purchase transaction, $200,000 purchase price, 20% down, owner occupied single family home with a 740 + credit score:
A 30 yr fixed, 0 points is going for around 3.625%
A 15 yr fixed, 0 points is going for about 2.875%
FHA is pretty much in line with these.
As always, we need to talk to the customer, pull credit, anc get some additional info in order to provide them with an accurate quote.
