Looking for financing a 1.825m house for a cpl that has 770 credit and 1.3m in cash reserves. They want to put down 10% or as little as possible?

They have already provided 2 months bank statements and 2 yrs tax returns and business returns

With the cash reserves, from an investors point of view, pony up the down payment, get a decent loan and do the current market program. Call me for great assistance.

Dear J:

They may want to approach their bank for a personal relationship loan as getting a jumbo loan product alone will be difficult. By mixing the relationship loan with a mortgage product, they may get the loan done, especially with the cash reserves.

10% down isn't realistic for that loan amount. However, contact Glen Nielsen (602.369.1520) at Movement Mortgage. They have some unique programs, he would be happy to discuss their options.
