Unfortunately I don't know a single lender who would come close to offering 85% loan-to-value on a loan amount of that size. If you're credit is good I can offer you the mortgage @ 70% LTV.

It is impossible for any lender to pre-approve a buyer for a mortgage without throughly examining the buyer's credit, income documentation, and asset statements, and running the loan through an automated underwriting system. I do this for my clients nationally so that my pre-approvals are accurate. Anyone who says they can "pre-qualify" someone with no credit check and without conducting due diligence is being inaccurate.
Avi, my bank specializes in jumbo lending. We have several different programs available. However, I'm not sure you'll find any jumbo lender who can offer such loans with a LTV of 85% or more. That's a tough one.
