Ronald, not sure what you mean by "high income multiple to loan". I suggest that you meet with a Loan Officer and have all necessary documentation ready, 2011 & 2012 tax returns, 4 recent paystubs, 2 most recent bank statements and 12 months of housing expense. By allowing a Loan Officer to review all these documents, you'll learn what loan programs are available to you, estimated closing costs, rates and payments, etc.

hello Javier. the mortgage amount I qualify for is 4 times my gross annual income. I am looking for a lender who will qualify me for 5 to 6 times my gross income.
