Investment Loan for Foreign National

I own a property in Phoenix which I purchased for cash, I want to refinance it so I can get some money back to purchase more properties.

The only lender I know that is giving loans to foreign nationals is Compass Bank and that's for a "second home". I don't know if they will refinance. Good luck!

Thanks, unfortunately Korene can provide loan only if it is a second home or a vacation property she can not provide loans for investment property which is what I am after.
