This will depend on more than jut your income. You should contact a local bank or motgage broker. Usually it is about 30% of your income (after they take out for the other debt). If you are wanting to speak with a lender I use New Star Motgage all the time. You can call Andy at 404-346-6565 and he may be able to help. If you do not have a Realtor® yet I would be more than glad to assist you. please feel free to email me or call me.

Adore, the lender will look at far more than your income and factor in your credit history, length of employment, debts and more. A personal consultation with a lender would be your best bet. Please call me when time permits to discuss your specific situation.

Thanks
