Sr, Both Buyer and Seller in Phoenix, AZ

I have 3 rental SFH in Phoenix, AZ all R rented. Each values less then 50K. They are paid but I want to refinance and get cash out. Can anyone do it?

Yes and you have to talk to a refinance expert , you need at least 2 years history of renting out and they will use a program to calculate your income ( about 75% is considered ) , also you need to know your debt to income ratio.

Yes try someone local. Fannie Mae now does not require any seasoning on cash purchases. You buy cash today and refinance tomorrow. You still do need to qualify with your income and credit.

You may be able to refinance 60 or 70% of it. Talk to some lenders.
