I am not US citizen. I would like to know the rules or conditions to get a mortgage for No US Citizen (foreign).

I would suggest calling several banks. Wells Fargo, Bank of America, Chase, and others. Call around and see who offers the best deals. Shop around and compare so you can save. They all have departments that work with foreign nationals. Good luck!
