If you are going to owner/occupy it, I can do it as an FHA 203k. Call me at 215-852-4469 to go over details.

Go to your local bank and ask them if they have any programs that may assist you, or if they can refer you to a commercial lender, thanks Bob

Your loan officer can better advise regarding any financing issues, than your agent can....therefore if you haven't done so yet, do consult with a loan officer--be aware that a mortgage pre-approval letter is required in order to determine your price range and for any offers to be taken seriously.

Let your loan officer be the one to help determine your financing options.

There is always some way to finance a deal... just depends on what type of terms you're looking for.

All the best,
