IS IT POSSIBLE TO GET A HOME LOAN IF ONE PERSON HAS A CREDIT SCORE OF 638 AND THE OTHER HAS 538?

BEEN WORKING ON CLEANING UP CREDIT AND i HAVE MANAGED TO CLEAN UP ALOT. HOWEVER THE SCORE DOENT GO UP? LOOKING TO BUY A HOME THIS YEAR

It would be possible to get the loan in the one name with the higher score, if the income were high enough and the debt was low enough. You can get a lot of good information by speaking with a lender.

The person w the 638 score will more than likely qualify if their debt to income ratios are inline but the 538 score will not qualify for any kind of traditional Mortgage. Please call me to discuss further, 727-644-7541. Bill Cunningham.
