Why are you selling or buying a house either way it is done though the Title Company by check from a supervised account. and all the transaction is done with certified funds The buyer brings Cash ie certified check the Mortgage company wires directly into the title company"s account and they pay with those funds If you have any questions please call me at 215-725-5700 X49

The title company is the main link of the transferring of monies between a buyer and seller. The title company will coordinate everything with the buyer's mortgage company and get what is needed for the seller's side through the seller's conveyancers. The mortgage company for the buyer wires the monies in for the mortgage and the buyer brings a bank check for the remaining monies they would owe. Then the title company will pay the seller what is owed and distribute all necessary monies to any and all parties to the transaction.

Settlement is through a title company. If you would like a reputable company, just shoot me a message.
