There is an agent in our office that works with a very large number of investors in the area, and she might have some possibilities. I also am part of a builder development services team, and I might be able to get some additional information to and from them. Drop me some contact information, and I'll see what I can do.

You have two great opportunities here, get back to us! Investors buy everyday, you don't want to
wait until they have chosen another project and can't spend more money. I have a meeting tomorrow with my guys over several opportunities, I'd love to include yours as well, but need more info as I'm sure Karen does as well.

Then again, maybe you already have it sold?

Lynn depending on the location of the property, I might be able to assist. I am currently working with a builder/developer who is currently working in Crestview and Mary Esther. I only have one home left in the Mary Esther project and 2 in the Crestview project so he is looking for locations to build more. Let me know if I can help.

We have many investors who only want to buy developments or group properties, not one off and they are willing to wait out the time to make the money, or they may need a loss, or many other reasons.
