Christie,

There are very few lenders do the full HARP 2.0 without specific lender overlays...but a number of us do have access to the full range of HARP options. Start with that question and you should be able to find someone who can get your transaction completed. I would be happy to answer any further questions you may have.

Christie,

I read your previous questions and see you need a HARP 2.0 refinance on an investment property. I can assist you with that provided that your mortgage is owned by Fannie Mae and not Freddie Mac and you do not have mortgage insurance on it.

Everyone is not denied. I do a large number of HARP refinances and the vast majority are approved. Some lenders have overlays, but you can find some who do not. Depending on if it's Fannie Owned or Freddie owned plays a large part in it as well. Freddie Mac owned mortgages are harder to get done at higher loan to value. Virtually all eligible Fannie Mae mortgages are approved in my experience. Contact me if you need assistance.
