FHA are providing better rates, but I'm a partner in a mortgage bank. If you are on active duty the service will guarantee performance. I'm a partner in a mortgage bank.

You may reach out to me and my partner Joe

Apartments/Co-ops are not eligible for VA financing. For that matter, most co-ops themselves require a larger down payment.

If you are searching for a home or VA-approved condo, then I can certainly help you with VA financing.

Please feel free to give me a call or email me to discuss your options.
