I am a first time home buyer and am wondering if the downturn in the real estate market has dried up all the funds for first time homebuyers?

Try calling the Norco First Time Homebuyer Program (FTHB) at (909) 270-5645.

The state of California does not currently offer first time home buyer grants. They do, however, offer low-interest loans to first time home buyers who meet certain income limits.
