Hi Papa, Inspectors are not FHA or Conventional - this is the type of loan you are getting. You may be thinking of Appraisers (they determine the value of the home and the bank orders that).
You just need to find a Real Estate Inspector and let them know you are getting a Conventional loan on a Mobile home and need a home inspection. If the home has a septic system, you will need an inspector who does septic inspections or who contracts out for that portion of the inspection. Best wishes to you! Laura Rosales-REALTOR

No. FHA appraisals are for FHA Loans and conventional appraisals are for conventional loans. if you want to save some heart ache up front get the home appraised on your own and ask the appraiser if it will pass FHA. If they say yes that's good news for you because your pool of buyers just got bigger. If they say no then don't waist your time considering FHA offers. You a also use that appraisal as a marketing tool. just ask you agent how.
