Closing set for 04-26, conv loan for 2 parcel lots with home(owner selling together only access is through 1st lot, different addresses).

Lender questions conven. financing back treed lot zoned A1-Agricul.Both are zoned as such. Total acres for both <3 acres. No farming or development on back lot ever.
Seller selling both with home! What to do now?
This has been financed together by seller. Help? UW looking into matter deeper but what type of Loan covers this type of purchase? Is it possible to find another lender that would be able to close by same day as seller is doing a concurrent closing on her new home!Any ideas?

I would suggest talk with your realtor and ask them for a connection to other lenders that may be able to assist you better or just getting a second opinion.
