As long as the home meets the VA guidlines you can use the VA benefits anywhere in the US. A good source is, I use that website for myself.
Godd luck

As long as the price fits within VA loan limits, and the home is your primary residence you can definitely buy there.

Good luck to you.

Hi Daryl,

Of course you can, most of the banks here in Santa Rosa Beach, Destin, Niceville, Crestview area are very accustomed to va because of the high level of military population. When are you coming, and where are you going to be based--Eglin, Hurlburt, or Duke or Tyndall?

I would be pleased to assist you in your search if you would like some help.

Yes, you can use a VA loan in Santa Rosa Beach, FL, but the home has to be considered your primary residence.
