We are currently approving new purchases down to 580 through FHA. We securitize our loans directly through Ginnie Mae on the secondary market and underwrite to FHA’s guidelines without investor overlay. All loans are processed, underwritten, and funded under one roof, average file closing in less than 21 days. give me a shot #(214)935-8781

No.

You need to show a willingness to pay your obligations.
Try getting rid of any inaccurate information and re-establish some good credit.

Co-signer can only add income to your loan. They cannot overcome your bad credit.

Good luck.

You really need to talk with a lender. Call anyone of your choice and they should for free per-qual you. Be careful lenders make promises they can't keep. If they want any kind of fees upfront, use caution.

Good luck.
