Are there any banks that require less than 2 years of proof of rental income?

I am wanting to rent my current home (for $500 more than the mortgage amount) and purchase a new home. Are there any lenders that require less than the 2 years of rental income?

Call Mark Lewin of MetLife Home Loans. Marks Number is 595-5770. If your financial house is in order, you should have no problem.

Try Angie Turley 797-0615. She is a terrific lender, and if it can be done, she will be the one to do it.

Thanks.

Yes, but it's based more on cash reserves on hand (in the event of the renter's default - can you handle both mortgages?) . email me and I'll direct you to some good lenders. jblandford@callcarpenter.com

Call me David at 317-538-7790, I can get you connected with a very good mortgage professional and possibly get you into a new home.
