We currently do not have listings for rent to own homes. You may try your luck though and search our website using the Keyword section of the search filter which can be found in the All Filters button. However, these listings are extremely rare.

Nothing is final until the purchase contract is mutually executed (signed by both buyer and seller). This sort of thing happens all the time. I've seen sellers back out even after a contract has been signed by the buyer (but not counter-signed yet by seller). It's a wild west!

Laughter, it sounds like you are being pressured to sign a deal you don't like. If you don't like the deal, don't sign it. However, asking price is just that, you need to know what a realistic selling price is for the property. Ask the agent to pull the local comparables for you again. If your price is correct, you should see properties in better condition that sold above your asking, and properties in worse condition that sold below your asking. ... more

Use the "Find an Agent' pull down at the top of this screen.
Search for a REALTOR in Uniontown PA.

If you are a serous buyer, they can visit the house and provide a overview.
Of course NOBODY knows what you call MAJOR.

For the right price all majors can be made to go away.
