Inventory in Fallbrook & Bonsall is low, much like the rest of San Diego county. This is a great time to buy as the properties are not selling as fast as they were earlier in the year. Rates are still historically low and now may be the perfect time to be out looking. Give us a call!

I can understand the confusion regarding where Rainbow begins & ends. "Rainbow" is a commonly used term to identify a region within the unincorporated area of Fallbrook. Rainbow, the San Diego County area of De Luz, and Fallbrook all have the 92028 zip code. There is the Valecitos School District lines that identitfy the boundaries of the K-8 school in Rainbow. This school district lines do go down Rice Canyon and they include Rainbow Glen and the streets off of it. Those school district lines might be the easiest way to identify Rainbow. As another thought, there is also the Rainbow Planning Group and they might have some type of boundry lines that identify their area of jurisdiction. ... more

Fallbrook has been effected by fires just as other communities but I have not seen a substantial effect on home prices. Prices have been following general market trends in this area. You can get a CLUE report ordered with your natural hazards disclosure report when you order a home and find out if the particular parcel you are purchasing is insurable. I would contact my insurance company during the initial inspection period as well to be certain that insurance rates on the parcel you are purchasing are not substantially high. They have typically been comparable to insurance rates from previous years.

The surrounding areas, such as Valley Center, Temecula, etc. have not seen increased insurance rates from my perspective. Home values in these areas have also been in line with overall market trends.
