As you have heard, it did sell, for $46,00--back in August. I might suggest you use my Search for Homes feature as it is most closely tied to the Agent-used MLS System and is updated nightly.

Joshua Stein answered:
There are currently 5 2-bedroom units in the building available for sale between $74,900 (2 beds, 1 bath) and $119,900.

The $738 HOA fee for this unit includes all of your utilities as well as common area maintenance and facilities use. There may also be a one-time capital contribution due at closing. I will be happy to check with the listing agent on your behalf.

When are you available to tour the property?

Diane Drentlaw answered:
Hi Lauren,
The condo fees for this unit are $752 per month, which includes more than other places. Included are heat, electric, basic cable, water, sewer, trash, pool, fitness center, outside parking, 24/7 front desk and security, basic maintenance all hours of the day. Of corse it also covers insurance, common area maintenance, the lawn and gardens, snow removal. You would pay Internet and telephone as you wished.

This unit has a three tear old kitchen and hall bath and hardwood floors, except in baths (ceramic tile) and in master bedroom which is carpet. There are boxes of matching hardwood though which you could have to do the master bedroom in hardwood too if you wish.

The seller paid $158 500 three years ago and her employer is helping her with some of the loss so she could move on to her job in another state. Their loss means the price was cut to a very affordable price.

Contact with any more questions or to see it. Thanks.

Best regards,
Diane Drentlaw
