Depending on the price of the property, we usually ask 4% when doing a one-time-showing agreement to bring a buyer to a FSBO. However, this is not to say that this is a "typical" fee.

Would you give me a call and give me the address for your home so I can come see it? In reviewing Q&As I found your post.

I agree with the general opinion of the other posts. Unless you are able to get a decent downpayment and do owner financing, you are setting yourself up for a lot of problems.

Have you sold your home yet? If not, I would appreciate an opportunity to assist you.

Please give me a call and tell me about your property. If you don't feel you can afford to list it, I'd at least like to come see it in case I get a buyer for a one-time-showing agreement.

I think that renting it out will help you out! It will give prospective buyers a picture of what the house could look like. Hopefully you get good renters in there.

As for other ideas, I'd suggest that brokers open house, and if your agent is unwilling ask for a withdrawal and find an agent who will do all they can to sell your home!

Good luck.
