There is a great park not far from you. If you follow Stratford Avenue into Stratford, Take a left on Bruce Street, and then a right on Graham Street (5th right), you’ll be roughly a block away from High Park which has a playground, basketball courts, and an open field for kicking soccer balls, throwing footballs or playing Frisbee. Are you looking to rent your condominium unfurnished or furnished, long term or short? The commission is generally one month's rent for a yearly rental, payable by the landlord, which is in turn split between the two brokers involved in the rental transaction, one from the listing side, the other from the broker who finds the tenant.

The first steps we need to take to start the process rolling is to have us view the apartment with you. We can then determine what the rent should be. Prospective tenants need to be screened--there is a credit check to be done, verification of employment, landlord services to preform a background check if desired, personal and professional references, etc. We would also help you draw up a lease.

After we have an agreement in place we can continue the process via email and/or phone.
