Hello Ibude,

Thanks for such a great questions. Price and terms will change from buyer to buyer. The terms and price that is "perfect" for Buyer A may not be so "perfect" for Buyer B, so each situation will be different. Only you can determine what is best for you based on your financial situation.

As for price in Herndon, based on the current sales of 3Br Town homes in Herndon, the average sales price is $343,095.

Please....keep the questions coming, I will be more than happy to answer.

You should also consider setting up an account on Postlets -- it's free and the ads are posted to all major search engines-- INCLUDING TRULIA -- for free!!!

And you can then use the system to post your ad to Craigslist. FOR FREE.

If you don't have the time or are not sure about managing the property yourself, you'll definitely want to consider property management. There are many good property management companies in Northern Virginia, but you should ask some key questions when you interview them.

1) What is the ratio of property manager to units? The higher the ratio, the less attention will be paid to your property.
2) Are they members of NARPM (National Assoc. of Residential Property Managers)? NARPM members are educated professionals who agree to adhere to rules and ethics that protect you, the landlord.
3) Do they mark up repair bills? We don't, and don't think others should either.
4) How do they charge you? A monthly management fee is standard, but do they also charge fees-for-service, in addition to the monthly percentage fee? Some charge for every little thing they do. What is the monthly fee for, then?
5) Do they answer the phone, or do you always get an answering machine when you call?
6) When do you get paid? Ask when the rent will be posted to your account, and how.
