If you are looking to search without engaging with a fulltime Realtor. I would suggest or Realty Trac. A fulltime local Realtor would be able to send you all the homes on the market for the MLS. Good luck to you. ... more

Ask your listing agent to remove it by updating the status to either sold or withdrawn from the market. As Andrew below noted the basic information is public knowledge and while you may not realize it it's all over the Internet in various formats as is virtually every property in the country. Honestly other than the images, the data is basic and may or may not even be correct, but trying to get it completely off the Internet would be a Herculean task. Andrew's analogy of trying to get your tax records removed from public access is an appropriate one. ... more

not clear if your question is about the reassessment which will be coming sooner than later in Ewing or how to appeal current assessment. If you are wondering when Ewing will be reassessing next, speak with Jeff Burd at Ewing twp. (he is assessor there) As to appealing assessments there is a standard process where basically you appeal at the local level then work your way up to state level if unsatisfied with offer/verdict. It isnt a difficult process but can be time consuming. You may want appraisal done and pay appraiser to defend it in court. (typically at the higher level of appeals) Best to start with informal dialogue with twp assessor. (after speaking with local realtor to get a feel for your true market value) When as in the case of Ewing, assessments are old the twp is given considerable leeway in the variance allowed. (assessment is around half of market value and this value will have an allowable deviation from actual market value) ... more

Lady 1,
This is a major issue for you because before the government will provide you with a tax credit, they check all candidates for tax and child support arrears. There is zero tolerance in this area. You need to contact an attorney to help you. This is not a question for a Realtor but for an experience lawyer. ... more

You need to have an attorney represent you this is how buyers get themselves in trouble. Attorney's are very necessary and can save a lot of heart ache in a real estate transaction.

Don't give up but contact an attorney.
