A Realtor can check with each building to see what's allowed. Each building sets its own policy as to number, type of pet and weight.

Aloha Lynne,

Just peck around at the buttons and flags on the listing. You'll either find a way to change it or a link to customer service.

Miss Rae,

I am assuming from your message that you are looking for rental properties. I would be happy to assist you in finding exactly what you are looking for. I have that you need a property that allows pets. How about area, number of bedrooms, and pricing. Please feel free to email me directly at kallana@prestigeoahu.com or you may contact me via my website at kallanajohnson.com. I live in the Ewa Beach area, myself. Unfortunately, I just rented out my property which allowed pets, but I am sure I could help you if given the opportunity. I look forward to hearing from you! ... more

We went with Wood laminate flooring. We have pets and three boys and they hold up well! We had real wood in our old home and it would scratch easily. You can resurface hard wood but laminate is easy to replace and more cost effective. Tile is nice but it is harder to pull up if you decide you want something different later. We saved a lot of money going with a high quality wood laminate and it looks amazing!! (the snap in plank kind maybe Pergo) ... more

I think if you click the link offered by the questioner you will see that the property in question is listed as 2,042 sqft foot home (not the 3,081 sq foot home you're speaking of). Also, the link shows the foreclosure price is $5,549 (the exact amount of the lien against the property at 91-1057 Hokuikekai St. The lien for 91-1043 Hokuikekai St is not posted because it is lis pendens (still pending) and thus is not open to foreclosure until a lien is applied. ... more

Aloha Smile,

These are considered townhomes (no yard), in Ocean Pointe, not single family homes. I have sold townhomes and homes in this area including two in this complex/subdivision. Let me know if these links work for you:

Hello Stacey - I believe it is workable, but it depends on what upgrades you want to get. Haseko, developer, is giving some incentives to new home buyers, such as $15000.00 credit, No Loan Points & no non-recurring closing costs and Backyard Landscaping. Please see Duane Nishimura, one of the Realtor Broker, I deal with all the time and ask him about upgrades and incentives. His phone number: (808) 689-4438 ext. 30 or cell phone at (808) 224-4391. Tell him I rcommended you to call him.

If you have anymore questions or need information about other developments in the Leeward area please feel free to call me. I have been in business since April 1981. Thanks.

Good Luck and Aloha!!
