Not sure if you got your question answered or not.
I currectly live about 2 miles from USI, this is mostly rural out here on this end of Evansville.
USI was built out in what was the middle of no where originally. Now the commercial locations have built
up and some apartment complexes. Homes in various Fawn Creek and Ashley Place are a couple of really close subdivisions. I recently completed a complete staging of a home about 5 miles from USI 2 miles from Walmart and Schnucks and many other retail stores. It is beautiful and unique on 5 wooded acres and yet wonderfully close to highway and everything you need. It is at 875 S. Redbank rd, Evansville, IN. look it up and see if this is the answer to you needs.
