Angelica P answered:

If you would like to get in contact with the property manager, please use the Contact Box in the upper left hand corner of the property page. Additionally, some property managers/homeowners may list their phone number directly on the property page as well. Unfortunately, we cannot provide additional contact information if it is not listed on the property page and do not have control over how quickly or if a property manager/homeowner responds to your inquiry.

I know a 3 bdrm 1 bath for rent for $1300 by the owner in the Roseville section of Newark. Not sure how far that is from Orange but there is no broker fee. moving cost shouldn't cost more than $500. After giving the owner rent and security deposit ($2,600), everything would be less than $3,500.
Hope it is helpful, don't know Jersey too well.
