Joseph,
Is the property you are interested in at 2300 E. Valley Pkwy space #121? If it is the space rent is $575 for this park which is Imperial. Imperial is a 55+ senior living park. This is a cute single wide home with a pop-out and an enclosed patio. There have been a lot of upgrades, like new windows, door, roof (approx 5yrs old) and more. If you need an agent to help you view this home, it is by appointment only. I have some time this week to help you out. The mobile home year is 1968, and is only $18,000.
The space rent includes trash and area maintenance.
Good luck to you,
sincerely,
Jill Sattel

Steff,
I showed this property last week, so I am surprised that your offer was turned away. I looked up the history on the Multiple Listing service and it indicates that the listing expired in January and was listed again 10/10/13. I do not understand what happened to your offer. If you are still looking for a home, I would resubmit an offer for this property. I was completely remodeled and is priced at $75,000. If you are not working with another REALTOR, I would be happy to help you acquire this property.
Good luck to you and if you do need some help, I have time for you to help.
Sincerely,
Jill Sattel

To get a specific answer regarding zoning you may want to contact county zoning. The San Marcos office should cover Escondido. The general phone number for the County of San Diego is (858) 694-3900, Monday - Friday, 8 a.m.- 5 p.m.

Hi Cindy, Thank you very much for sending your question my way. I have been riding since I was 3 years old and most of the time had my horses at home where I didn't have to trailer them. For the time I did board and had to trailer I wasn't very happy. I understand what you're looking for completely and wish I could tell you that my listing could provide that for you but it's not the case. So sorry. I do believe that I could find you a suitable property with choices of places to ride to right from your home. If you would like to enlist my assistance please give me a call so we can discuss this further. I do know of some great areas that you may really like.
Best wishes, thank you again for your contact.
Sincerely,
Sharon

In my brokerage, each agent inputs their own listing and it must be done within 48 hours of obtaining a listing, unless the seller chooses to withhold it for some reason. Sometimes it is withheld for a time in order for the seller to make some improvements, or for staging, photographs or virtual tours. If you are looking at secondary sites such as Realtor.com, Zillow or Trulia, listings may not be posted in real time and some listing status data may not be up to date because of how it is fed into secondary systems. Some brokerages do not allow their listings to be fed into secondary sources, only into the MLS. Ask your agent/brokerage for a copy of the MLS printout. ... more

Hello Ernesto,

You can negotiate these items, however, you will most likely pay a higher rental rate than if you paid them yourself.

Best of luck,

Taylor, I just checked this property in the MLS, it doesn't show that it's for rent!
You have to be careful, as Suzanne stated below, there are a lot of Scammers on Craigslist and over the Internet. If you’re looking for a Rental, use a Property management company or a Realtor. We have ways of ensuring the property you rent isn't in danger of being foreclosed on and that the person doing the leasing has the ability/right to lease.
If I can help, give me a call.
Thanks for using Trulia!

Which condo community? If it is priced right, it will sell before it is on the market. I have investors who will buy based on my recommendation. The "best" thing to do will depend on your goal. Having a property free and clear is perfect to rent out or tax defer exchange, but then it depends on the HOA fees and other factors. Feel free to contact me to further discuss. ... more
