There is no income requirement per say as long as the debts are not more than the income and you have sufficient income to pay the mortgage. I would be delighted to provide you with some mortgage options, this does not require us pulling your credit and will allow you to make the best decision for your family. I can be contacted via my profile information for a FREE no obligation consultation.

Good Afternoon Vrajik,

If you are a real estate agent you can indeed collect a referral fee if requested prior to listing the property and signed in writing with the agreeing company.

If you are not a real estate agent than perhaps you should factor that into the commission being paid out to listing agent. If you do many transaction like this the agent might agree.

Good luck

Frequently photos of rentals are not shown as a matter of respect to the current tenant. When a property owner is selling, that property owner will usually agree to interior photos. The landlord is seeking a new tenant, and may very well be thrilled to put interior photos on the internet. However, the privacy preferences of the tenant must be respected. ... more

For new construction the taxes are not yet set, so you will not have an exact tax amount....
But an experienced Realtor in the area will be able to check on similar properties in size and amenities to see what their taxes are, so that you have a good idea....

Some tax records are also publicly available, you just need to make sure that you do compare
apples with apples as homes are so different....

Good Luck to you...
Other agents below informed you about the hoa fees, but you also want to know what they include
and what they do not include before making your decision. Work with a Realtor who will be your Realtor and assist you with all the information and get you all the details before committing. All is

Like anything in life, nothing is perfect. It is rather unclear why you are questioning this listing as it is merely a 'public record' and not a 'for sale' property. If this is your home, you have the ability to make corrections.

I'm going to stop here. Please provide more insight as to why you question this listing and I can try to more accurately/properly direct you.

We are NJ licensed home remodelers with over 35 years experience but without seeing it I can only give you a ballpark sq ft # and even that varies based on the types of finishes that you choose. You can expect to pay between $45,000-75,000 without and exterior work such as new windows. The range depends on choices like carpet vs hardwood flooring, laminate vs granite bath counters, white bath fixtures vs color, etc. If we can be of service, feel free to email us at Good luck. ... more

I got the appraisal report. Appraiser gave me +5000$ for the fact that there is an extra bed room and another 30USD /sft for the extra living space that the extra bed room is providing.

So in total mine is value $11000 more than the comparable home (with 2-story family room instead of a 4th bed room).
