I can send you an automatic e-mail from our MLS on any foreclosures as they come available. Once a foreclosure is done, most (if not all) lenders list with a real estate office. This will not give you the homes being sold on the courthouse steps, but the ones that have already gone through that process, the bank now owns them, and they want them off the books. From what I've seen, you'll often get better deals on these than you would on the courthouse steps.
