Thank you for taking the time to contact us regarding incorrect data on your property page. The data you reported is coming from your county records, because of this I am unable to edit the information. This data is gathered by a third-party data collector and if correct with your county will be updated on Trulia when the updated data gets sent to us. My best recommendation would be to contact your county to ensure that the public records are up to date.

If the county records are correct and Trulia has not received the updated data yet, owners have the ability to edit their home facts on Trulia which appear in the 'Owner Information' section but please know that the edit home facts feature is currently removed from the property pages while we improve the feature. While we do not have a specific date for when they will be available, I can assure you this is only temporary. We thank you for your patience. Regarding your request to change the photo of the property, the only option is to re-list the property back on the market so that you can edit it.

Thank you for using Trulia!

Rent to owns are very scarce and can be a good or a bad situation for both buyers and sellers . from the buyer perspective you need to make sure that you can meet the obligations and requirements of the seller also you need to know that you're negotiating power is very limited or non-existent on price as you are getting a big compomiee n the rent to own. if you try to do something like this: get an attorney or an agent who knows how to structure these and ensure that your down payment money which is often non-refundable is protected . also try to negotiate as much of the monthly payment as you can towardvthe purchase. purchase ... more

Additionally, "IF" this home comes on the market available for sale, regardless of whether it is a short sale, bank owned foreclosure or standard will sell for "fair market value". The loan amount does not determine value. Without having seen the home and without even knowing the exact address, I can say with a great deal of reasonable certainty that this home/property/land is worth at a VERY MINIMUM, double to triple that loan amount, or considerable more. ... more

Sorry that is not the right price. The pictures are of a house we have listed for over a million. It would have been a nice one!

It is presently active and the new listing was written as of 11/9/11. It was previously cancelled and also expired, so perhaps you caught those markings in the internet system?

I am a Broker Agent and could also

The bank can really take any amount of time it wants. It could be 3 days to 3 months (or more!) Generally it shouldn't take more than a couple weeks. Anything under a week or two is a pretty quick turnaround time from my experience.

There's probably a number of approvals needed internally at the bank, so you need to give it some time and be patient when making an offer on a short sale or for a bank-owned home such as this one.
