Alan May answered:
The appraisal is typically part of your application fee with your lender, and the inspection is usually paid at the time of inspection.

So you've probably already paid for both of those... so there's nothing for you to pay back, you've already paid for both of them.

If you're asking if the SELLER would be responsible for paying you back... probably not.

it will stay on trulia, just say "sold" forever. trulia pulls from property records, not just from MLS systems.

if you want the pictures removed, the most effective way is to ask the listing agent to manually remove them from the MLS and the site. you can also 'claim' the property and make changes, or contact trulia customer support and request they take care of removing details. trulia does not monitor this forum, so posting here won't get you anywhere. ... more

Breaking a lease agreement is not uncommon. The landlord has a legally binding contract with the tenant but the courts will not typically enforce the full contract amount. The landlord is typically entitled to some compensation for lost revenues when a tenant breaks a lease but it is reasonable to expect the property will be re-leased within a period of time. The period of time that is reasonable can be estimated by looking at comparable properties in the area and the amount of time on the market needed to find a tenant. So, 4 months is an estimate based on expectations of vacancy for that period. It does not seem unreasonable in the current market. If your company is paying to break the lease, this should be their obligation. ... more

I am not sure how to go about financing the installation. As for your other question, I do think it will add value to your home. Metal roofing is very durable, and buyers will find comfort in that. Personally, I think metal roofs are more attractive than shingles as well.

They are doing all the can to help you get this home sold, for the highest price possible and as quickly as possible.

But you are in NYC. The reality there matches nothing else in the USA.
I've always been an advocate of NOT syndicating listings.

Contact a reputable mortgage lender such as Eagle Home Mortgage, Guild Mortgage, or Wells Fargo and see what you qualify for. It is possible to get a second mortgage if you qualify.

There doesn't appear to be a street by that name in Montello. You might try calling the police or fire department that serves that town.

Hope that helps.
